Les Taylor is an educator, author, national speaker and entrepreneur. For over twenty years, he served in the United States Army as a Signal Corps Officer. In 1993, Mr. Taylor formed Taylor-Oden Enterprises, Inc. (TOE) as an expression of his strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others and to enhance the success of U.S. military operations around the world.

Les has successfully served as a manager and executive in a multitude of unique organizational settings including the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). He earned a MBA with distinction from the New York Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Texas. He is a strong believer in the power of positive motivation, loyalty and mutual respect between managers and subordinates and between TOE and its customers. TOE is a product of Mr. Taylor’s compelling personal beliefs and distinctive professional vision.
