TOE is currently seeking qualified individuals
for the following positions:
NETWORK INTEGRATION ENGINEER:
Minimum/General Experience:
Must have at least 4 years of experience in
telecommunications network design and management.
Must demonstrate the ability to work independently
or under general direction on requirements that
are moderately complex to analyze, plan, program,
implement. Must have experience in analysis
and design of voice networks, LAN and WAN data
networks, and wireless networks and/or network
management systems to support voice and data
services. Functional Responsibility:
Analyzes and develops telecommunications networks
supporting a wide range of capabilities, including
voice, data, video, and/or wireless service.
Develops, designs, and plans for installation
and maintenance of telecommunications systems
and networks, from project inception to conclusion.
Analyzes the problems and the characteristics
of the information to be transported. Closely
coordinates with other information systems professionals
and operators to ensure proper implementation
of network services. Develops, in conjunction
with functional users, alternative solutions
and backup plans. Desired Education:
B.S. or B.A. Degree. DoD Security Clearance
required.
INFOSEC ENGINEER: Minimum/General Experience:
Must have at least 4 years of technical experience
working network and information security (INFOSEC)
issues. Must be adept at hands-on INFOSEC testing
and policy development. Functional Responsibility:
Design, implement, monitor and test
INFOSEC controls and procedures. Evaluate information
technology security policy and procedures, as
well as conduct network forensics testing on
specified networks. Conduct network quality
assurance reviews and software test and evaluations.
Provide technical assistance in the certification
of systems and applications. Provide technical
security evaluations of INFOSEC training material.
Conduct security software, database, systems,
and network evaluations. Provide technical guidance
for the application of INFOSEC principles to
the operational areas of Computer-Network Defend
(CND), Computer-Network-Attack (CNA) and overall
information assurance (IA) Policy. Desired Education:
B.S. or B.A. Degree. DoD Security Clearance
required.
SENIOR C4ISR SYSTEMS ARCHITECT: Minimum/General
Experience: Must have at least 10 years
experience in the area of Command, Control,
communications, Computers, Intelligence, surveillance
and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) planning, development
and acquisition. Must show ability to apply
architecture development methodologies, practices
and relevant tools in developing/documenting
baseline and objective C4ISR requirements. Functional
Responsibility: Demonstrate a working
knowledge of government information systems
(C4ISR-specific systems within the DoD). Conduct
organizational requirements analysis, perform
shortfall analysis and demonstrate the capacity
for recommending alternative fixes to deficiencies.
Desired Education: B.S. or B.A. Degree.
DoD Security Clearance required.
SENIOR FUNCTIONAL AREA ANALYST: Minimum/General
Experience: Must possess at least five
years experience in analyzing, planning documenting
and modeling of functional architectures and
other related management and technical duties.
Functional Responsibility:
Apply applicable principles, theories, methodologies
and concepts to real-world operational settings.
Be familiar with military operational matters
and systems and apply these skills in a functional/operational
scenario. Knowledge of analysis, modeling, assessment
and testing techniques as they might apply to
a specific functional/operational scenario.
Desired Education: B.S. or
B.A. Degree. DoD Security Clearance required.
ACQUISITION MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST:
Minimum/General Experience:
Should possess at least 4 years hands-on experience
with the DoD systems acquisition and management
process. Must possess an in-depth understanding
of current DoD acquisition policy and demonstrate
a capability to execute the tenants of the acquisition
model from Milestone A through C. Should also
have a solid grounding in the DoD’s Planning,
Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE)
process. Functional Responsibility:
Develops, plans, organizes and leads major segments
of and/or entire acquisition support projects.
Determines technical objectives, defines data
requirements and methodology and recommends
staffing levels and schedules. Drafts documents
required in the procurement planning process
of system acquisition. Prepares and edits functional
descriptions, system specifications, special
reports and/or any other acquisition written
deliverables and documents as required. Provides
the Government with acquisition planning, procurement
and technical expertise to resolve complex problems
requiring high-level analytical skills. Provide
guidance and support in the areas of technical
analysis, systems engineering, cost studies,
cost/benefit analysis, acquisition planning
and strategy, contract management, management
analysis, reengineering, project management
and financial and economic analysis. Desired
Education: B.S. or B.A. Degree and
Acquisition Management Certification. DoD Security
Clearance or ability to be cleared immediately
required. Proficiency with MS Office (including
Excel and PowerPoint) MS Project highly desired.
UNIX SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR: Minimum/General
Experience: Must have at least five
years experience as a UNIX system administrator.
Be Certified in at least one major UNIX operating
system, Solaris, HP-UX, or AIX. Be familiar
with disk arrays, configuring RAID and SAN solutions.
Have experience with High Availability technology
and products such as MC/ServiceGuard. Have extensive
experience with Oracle Data Base and network
IPv4 and administration. Be able to explain
the advantages of IPv6 over IPv4. Experience
with and knowledge of the Defense Information
Systems Networks (DISN) is highly desired. An
active DoD clearance or ability to be cleared
immediately is a must.
NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR: Minimum/General
Experience: At least 5 years experience
with LAN and WAN administration. CISCO or other
vendor certification. Experience working with
routers, network switches and hubs. Experience
designing, configuring and administration of
TCP/IP networks. FC-AL, as well as High Availability
SAN and disaster recovery solutions. Experience
with and knowledge of the Defense Information
Systems Network (DISN) is highly desirable.
An active DoD clearance or ability to be cleared
immediately is a must.
